Complications happen with reversible or irreversible results. They are annoying both ways.

We could not see the patient for 5 months and we faced the problem of locked clips.
Solution: We removed all the brackets and renewed the brackets.
Solution: We removed the pendulum and let the molar to relapse for 3 weeks.
